Home.  It's essence is most challenging to define, however this dwelling place of the family--the most important institution on earth--is meant to be richly experienced and enjoyed throughout our lifetime.

Of course the home is about far more than decorating a house, cleaning its rooms and providing a place for you and your family to refresh and refuel.  Experiencing Home is about living in the joy of relationships within the home in an atmosphere of love, acceptance, grace, beauty and order.  You can’t buy this reality in a store, order it from a catalog, or contract an interior designer to create it for you.  As home makers, keepers and builders, it is our privilege to create a welcoming, engaging and inspiring home atmosphere for our family members to thrive in.   

One of the most influential places for relationships to grow is at and around the family dining table.  It is here that relationships are forged and where they flourish.  In a world of fast food, mobile meals and increasing distractions of technology, relationships are bearing an incredible strain because we are not connected around the table. 

Experiencing Home, founded by Lisa Steigerwalt, offers presentations and publications which serve to revitalize home and family life—especially at the table.
